You already know what needs doing. That was never the problem.

The Reset Deck removes the deciding. Pick how much energy you have right now, pull one card, and do exactly what it says. Every card tells you the first physical move to make and, just as importantly, when you are allowed to stop.

Kitchen 15 min

Clear the shelf of shame

Start by: take out the one container you have been avoiding.

Done when: that shelf is empty and wiped.

One of the 120 cards.

Why the planners never stuck

A planner asks you to decide what matters, break it down, schedule it, and then keep the whole thing up to date. That is four separate decisions before anything gets cleaned.

On the days you most need help, those four decisions are exactly what you do not have.

The Reset Deck asks you one question: how much have you got right now?

How it works

  1. Pick your energy. Five minutes, fifteen, or thirty. Not the task. The energy.
  2. Pull one card. It tells you the first physical move to make. Three seconds, no thinking.
  3. Stop when it says stop. Every card has a finish line. Stopping there is not quitting. It is the design.

What is on every card

  • A real duration. Five, fifteen or thirty minutes. Nothing hides a two hour job behind a cheerful label.
  • A first physical move. Not "tidy the kitchen" but "turn the tap to hot". The move you can make before your brain catches up.
  • A finish line. "Done when: five envelopes are open." This is the part no other deck has, and it is the part that stops both the giving up and the three hour spiral.

What you get

  • 120 cards across four zones: kitchen, living space and entry, bedroom and bathroom, and the paperwork pile. Ten cards at each energy level, in every zone.
  • Panic Reset. Someone is coming over in twenty minutes. A minute by minute order, so you do not improvise.
  • Low Battery Day. Six things, two minutes each, for the days you have nothing.
  • Weekly Reset. Forty five minutes in five timed blocks, and then it ends.
  • Paper Landing Zone. Every piece of post gets one of four decisions, and only four. With labels to cut out.
  • 30-Day Card Chain. A tracker with no streak to break.
  • 20 blank cards for the things only your house has.
  • An 8-page start guide that takes four minutes to read.

Delivered as PDFs in A4 and US Letter, in colour and in an ink saver version, plus a tablet file with tappable cards for GoodNotes and Noteshelf. Instant download after checkout.

And the card puller

A private web page, included with the deck. Pick your energy, tap once, it pulls a card and starts the timer. It works on your phone, with no app to install, no account, and no data collected. For the days when even choosing a card is one decision too many.

This is not another planner

  • Sorted by energy, not by room or by day of the week.
  • Undated. Nothing to fall behind on. Ever.
  • No streaks. Missing four days resets nothing.
  • No before and after photos of anyone's house, including yours.
  • The minimum counts as done. That is a rule, not encouragement.

Questions

Do I need a printer?

No. There is a tablet version with tappable cards, and the card puller works on any phone. Printing is optional, and if cutting them out is the thing that stops you, keep the sheets in a folder and point at a card instead.

Is this only for people with ADHD?

It was built around task initiation and decision fatigue. Plenty of people hit those walls without a diagnosis. Use it if it helps.

Is this medical advice?

No. The Reset Deck is an organising tool. It does not diagnose or treat anything and it is not a substitute for professional support.

I have bought planners before and never used them.

So has nearly everyone who buys this. There is nothing to fill in daily and no streak to lose. One card is a complete use of the deck.

What if my house is really bad right now?

Start with the Panic Reset page, or with any five minute card. The deck does not assume you are starting from tidy.

Can I print it more than once?

Yes, as many times as you need, for your own use. Reselling or redistributing the files is not allowed.

What language are the files in?

English. Every card, the guide and the card puller are in English only.

Who am I buying from?

The Enough Kit is published by DoliMarketPlace. Your order confirmation and your bank statement will show that name.

Refunds?

It is a digital download, so it cannot be returned. If the files do not work or you were sent the wrong thing, email us and it will be sorted.

The Reset Deck is an organising tool. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If getting through daily life is consistently overwhelming, that is worth talking to someone about.
