Due to the nature of digital products, returns and order cancellations are not accepted once the product has been delivered or made available for download.

A refund may be granted in the following cases:

- The purchased product does not function as described, even after assistance from our support team.
- The purchased module or theme file is corrupted or damaged, even after our intervention.

For customers located in the European Union, by purchasing and downloading a digital product, the customer expressly requests immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the download or access to the product begins.
