Mailing limit for delegates

Limits mailing for "Delegate" type users to the email list of third parties attached to them:

The "Mailing limit for delegates" module allows Dolibarr users to automatically send a mailing to third parties who are attached to it.

The "Mailing limit for delegates" module works only with "Category" ==> "Delegate" type users

Result: the Module function makes it possible to limit the mailing for “Delegate” type users to an email list of third parties attached to them.
