The freeze is not indecision. It is four decisions at once.

You pick something up to tidy it, and you stop. You stand there holding it. It is not that you cannot decide. It is that the object asks you four questions at the same time: do I use it, did it cost a lot, will I regret this, what would they think. Four questions with no order is a freeze.

Keep or Let Go is twelve flowcharts. Each one asks the questions one at a time, in the right order, and answers back. You just follow it down.

Would you buy it again today, at full price?
No → let go
Done when
it's in the bag by the door.

One branch of one flowchart.

Four endings, no more

  • Keep it. It earned its place. Give it a home now.
  • Let it go. Into the bag by the door, today.
  • Maybe. A labelled, dated box decides later, so you do not have to now.
  • Do it now. A small action you can finish in minutes.

Every ending finishes with a line that starts Done when. That line is the whole job. You are not finished when it looks better. You are finished when that line is true. Then you stop.

The twelve freezes

One flowchart for each kind of stuck: the master keep-or-let-go, the broken thing, the gift you feel guilty about, the box and cable and manual, the clothes that do not fit, the paper pile, the duplicates, the sentimental object, the homeless thing on the surface, the children's outgrown things, the might-need-it-someday, and the book you will never reread.

What you get

  • All 12 flowcharts as printable PDFs, in A4 and US Letter, colour and ink saver.
  • A dark tablet version, one flowchart per page, for reading on your phone.
  • A start guide that explains the language and the four endings.

Instant download after checkout.

And the decider

A private web page, included. Tap the freeze you are having, answer yes or no, and it walks you to the answer, one question at a time. It works on your phone, with no app to install, no account, and no data collected. For the moment you are standing there holding something, with no free hand for a printed page.

This is not another declutter checklist

  • It does not tell you to declutter. It decides the thing in your hand.
  • It names the guilt and the cost out loud, then gives you the exit.
  • No shame. No before and after photos of anyone's home.
  • Almost nothing goes in the bin. "Let it go" means a charity shop, a friend, the recycling.

Questions

Do I need a printer?

No. There is a tablet version, and the decider works on any phone. Printing is optional. Many people stick one flowchart to the inside of a cupboard door and use it there.

I already own The Reset Deck or The Closet Reset.

Those get you moving and tell you what to do. Keep or Let Go is different: it is for the moment you are holding one object and cannot decide about it. They work well together and none needs the others.

Is this only for people with ADHD?

It was built around decision fatigue and the freeze. Plenty of people hit that wall without a diagnosis. Use it if it helps.

Is this medical advice?

No. Keep or Let Go is an organising tool. It does not diagnose or treat anything and it is not a substitute for professional support.

Can I print it more than once?

Yes, as many times as you need, for your own use. Reselling or redistributing the files is not allowed.

What language are the files in?

English. Every flowchart, the guide and the decider are in English only.

Who am I buying from?

The Enough Kit is published by DoliMarketPlace. Your order confirmation and your bank statement will show that name.

Refunds?

It is a digital download, so it cannot be returned. If the files do not work or you were sent the wrong thing, email support@dolimarketplace.com and it will be sorted.

Keep or Let Go is an organising tool. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If getting through daily life is consistently overwhelming, that is worth talking to someone about.
