Vouzio — Privacy Policy

Vouzio is a social network for consumer product reviews, published by NEXT GESTION. Contact: contact@dolimarketplace.com

1. Data we collect

• Account: display name, handle, email address, password (stored hashed with Argon2id), and optionally phone number, country, city, languages and profile photo.
• Content you publish: reviews, ratings, photos, videos, comments, questions, answers, lists and private messages.
• Usage: products viewed, searches, reviews you marked as helpful, screens opened.
• Approximate location: only with your consent, to show local prices and reviews. You can withdraw it at any time in Settings.
• Device and technical data: device identifier used for session security, app version, operating system, IP address, language.

2. Why we use it

• To run the service: publish your reviews, build your feed, show prices near you.
• To keep it trustworthy: detect fake reviews, duplicate accounts and abusive content.
• To secure your account: sign-in, session rotation, fraud prevention.
• To display advertising, as described in section 4.

3. Verified purchase

The "Verified purchase" badge is never granted on your word alone. It comes only from an order record transmitted by a supplier, or from proof of purchase reviewed by a moderator.

4. Advertising

The mobile application displays advertising served by Google AdMob. We do not use personalised advertising. No behavioural advertising profile is built, and the application does not request the iOS advertising identifier, so no App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown.

Advertising is never shown on a product page, on a review, or in the review form, so that paid content is never mistaken for community content.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we ask for your choice through Google's consent form before any advertising request. You can change that choice at any time from Settings, "Ad privacy choices".

Google may process technical data (IP address, the approximate location derived from it, device data) to serve and measure non-personalised advertising. See Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

5. Sharing

We never sell personal data. It is shared only with Google (AdMob) for advertising as described above, with our hosting providers acting on our instructions, and with authorities when the law requires it.

Suppliers can see your public reviews and reply to them. They can never delete a review, change a rating, or alter a ranking. No payment of any kind changes ratings, reviews, rankings or reputation. Sponsored placements are separate objects and are always labelled.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Deleting your account anonymises your identity immediately and removes your reviews. You may object to processing and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

7. Retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Reviews stay published until you delete them or your account. Security and moderation logs are kept for 12 months.

8. Children

Vouzio is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 where local law requires it.

9. Cookies and local storage

The web version uses cookies strictly necessary for sign-in and security, plus your language and theme preferences. The application stores your session, your drafts and cached content on your device.
