Papyza is a PDF reader and editor. It opens the PDF files you choose, lets you read, search, annotate, fill, sign, reorganise, compress, protect and convert them. Every one of these operations runs on your device, and only on your device. Nothing is uploaded, no copy is sent to a server, and DoliMarketPlace never sees any of your documents. The app has no server of its own and contains no network client for documents.
Papyza does not create any account and never asks you to sign in. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no trial. Every feature is available to everyone, free of charge.
What Papyza keeps between sessions is limited to: your settings (language, theme, reading options, voice speed and pitch), the list of documents you opened recently and marked as favourites (a system file reference and the file name, never the content), the page you were reading in each document, the signatures you drew (as strokes, on this device only), and thumbnails of the first page of your recent documents in the app’s private cache. All of this is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or use Reset app data in the settings.
Annotations, signatures and form text are written into the PDF file itself, at the location you choose. Papyza does not keep a separate copy of them.
Papyza requests a single Android permission: Internet, used only by the advertising SDK described below. It deliberately does not request access to all files, to your media library, to your contacts, camera, microphone or location. Documents reach the app only through the system file picker, through “Open with” or through sharing from another app, one file at a time, chosen by you. On iOS, the app works the same way through the system document picker and security-scoped bookmarks.
When you open a protected PDF, the password you type is used on your device to decrypt the file and is never stored or transmitted. When you protect a PDF, it is encrypted on your device with AES-256; DoliMarketPlace has no copy of the password and no way to open the file.
The read-aloud feature uses the text-to-speech engine built into your phone’s operating system. The text of your document is handed to that engine on the device. Papyza does not send text to any online speech service.
The app displays advertising provided by Google AdMob on its home, tools and settings screens — never inside a document. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and usage data in order to serve and measure ads. This processing is carried out by Google, not by DoliMarketPlace. For details, see Google Advertising and the Google Privacy Policy.
Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent screen before personalised advertising is enabled, and can change that choice at any time from the app settings, under Privacy options. On iOS, the app asks for permission to track through the system App Tracking Transparency prompt before any personalised ad is requested; if you refuse, only non-personalised ads are shown.
Advertising is the only source of revenue of the app.
Papyza runs only while it is open. It schedules no alarm, starts no background service and requests no permission to start at boot.
The app is not directed to children under 13.
You can delete everything Papyza has stored by using Reset app data in the settings, by clearing the app’s data in your phone’s settings, or by uninstalling the app. Since nothing is sent to us, there is nothing held on our side to request, correct or erase.
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date.
