Netiza is a storage cleaner. To tell you what is taking up space and to find duplicate files, it has to read the photos, videos and audio stored on your device. It reads them on the device, and only on the device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is copied to a server, and DoliMarketPlace never sees any of your files. The app has no server of its own.
Netiza does not create any account and asks for no sign-in. What it saves between sessions is limited to: your settings (language, theme, large-file threshold, matching strictness), the folders you have chosen to add yourself, your vault PIN, and the total amount of space you have freed. That is all, and it is saved only on your device.
Netiza does not save file names, file paths, file contents, thumbnails, or any index of what you own. The result of an analysis lives in memory while the screen is open and is gone when you leave it. We, as the publisher, collect nothing and can read nothing.
Netiza requests permission to read photos, videos and audio (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, READ_MEDIA_AUDIO, or READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE on older Android versions). Without it, the app can show your total storage figure but cannot list files or find duplicates.
It deliberately does not request: All files access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE), the list of every installed package (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES), any accessibility service, screen overlay, location, contacts, camera, or microphone. Folders outside your media — downloads, documents — are opened only through the Android system folder picker, one folder at a time, chosen by you.
Usage access (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS) is optional. It is never requested at startup. If, and only if, you turn it on yourself from the app manager screen, Netiza can show the real data and cache sizes of your apps and when you last opened them. That information is displayed on screen and is never stored or transmitted.
Netiza never deletes anything on its own. You select the files; on Android 11 and later, the Android system then asks you to confirm, and it is the system — not Netiza — that carries out the operation. Files go to Android's own recycle bin, where they remain recoverable for 30 days from Netiza and from your gallery alike. Uninstalling Netiza does not delete them.
Files you move into the vault are encrypted with AES-256 using a key generated on your device and held in its hardware-backed keystore. The encrypted files are stored inside the app's private storage and never leave the device. The key never leaves the device either, and DoliMarketPlace has no copy of it and no way to decrypt anything.
Your PIN locks the vault screen. It is not the encryption key, so forgetting it does not destroy your files. Because vault files live inside the app, uninstalling Netiza deletes them: take them out of the vault first.
The app displays advertising provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and usage data in order to serve and measure ads. This processing is carried out by Google, not by DoliMarketPlace. For details, see Google Advertising and the Google Privacy Policy.
Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are shown a consent screen before personalised advertising is enabled, and can change that choice at any time from the app settings, under Advertising choices.
Netiza has no in-app purchases and no subscription. Every feature is available to everyone, free of charge; advertising is the only source of revenue.
Netiza runs only while it is open. It schedules no alarm, starts no background service, and requests no permission to start at boot. Closing the app stops everything it was doing.
The app is not directed to children under 13.
You can delete everything Netiza has stored by clearing the app's data in your phone's settings, or by uninstalling the app. Since nothing is sent to us, there is nothing held on our side to request, correct or erase.
