In one sentence

Inkiza has no account, no server and no synchronisation: your notes, your recordings, your photos and your PDFs stay on your device, and we cannot read them.

Data collected by the app

Inkiza does not create any account and never sends personal data to our servers — we do not operate any. Everything the app stores — your handwritten and typed notes, imported PDF pages, inserted photos, audio recordings, subjects, favourites, paper preferences, language and theme — is saved only on your device, in the app's private storage, and is deleted when you uninstall the app. We, as the publisher, collect nothing and can read nothing.

Microphone

The app asks for microphone access only when you tap the record button inside a note, never at launch. The recording is written to a file on your device and is used solely to be replayed in sync with your handwriting. No audio is transmitted, transcribed or analysed by us or by any third party. You can refuse the permission: every other feature works exactly the same.

Photos and camera

When you insert a picture, the app opens the system photo picker or the system camera. Only the picture you choose is copied into the note. The app never reads your photo library in the background and does not request general storage access.

Files you import and export

PDF files and backup files are opened through the system file picker; the app only reads the file you designate. When you share a note as PDF or images, or save a backup file (.inkiza), the destination — a cloud drive, a messaging app, local storage — is picked by you, and DoliMarketPlace receives no copy.

Everything works offline

Writing, recording, PDF import, export and backup are all performed on the device. The only network traffic the app produces is advertising (see below). The app contains no analytics of your content and no crash-reporting service.

Advertising

The app displays advertising provided by Google AdMob on the library, the settings and the trash screens — never on a page you write on. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and usage data in order to serve and measure ads. This processing is carried out by Google, not by us. See Google advertising technologies and the Google Privacy Policy.

On iOS, the App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown before any personalised advertising. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent form is shown before any personalised advertising, and you can reopen it at any time from Settings → Ad privacy options. If you refuse, only non-personalised ads are served.

Purchases

The app contains no in-app purchase and no subscription. Nothing is locked.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13.

Your rights

You can delete all your data by uninstalling the app, or by clearing the app's data in your phone's settings. Because nothing is stored on our side, there is nothing for us to delete, and nothing we could hand over. For questions about advertising data, please refer to Google's policies linked above.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
