DoliPointeuse – GPS clock-in, time tracking and interventions for Dolibarr – Privacy Policy

The DoliPointeuse application allows users to connect to their own Dolibarr instance to manage employee time tracking, monitor working hours, handle interventions, and receive real-time notifications.

Data Processing

Your login credentials are never transmitted to us or to any third party.
All communications between the mobile application and your Dolibarr server are made directly and securely via HTTPS.

The application does not store or collect any personal data outside of your Dolibarr environment.

Use of Data

Login information is used solely to authenticate the user on their Dolibarr server.

The data processed in the application may include:

• Time tracking records (start/end of day, breaks)
• Overtime data
• Scheduled interventions
• Notifications
• Geolocation data (if enabled)

This data is used exclusively to:

• Display information within the application

Geolocation

The geolocation feature ensures that clock-in and clock-out actions are performed within a defined authorized area set by the organization.

Location data:

• Is used only at the time of clock-in or related actions
• Is not collected continuously in the background
• Remains stored only within your Dolibarr environment

Notifications

DoliPointeuse sends automatic and manual notifications (start/end of day, breaks, reminders, scheduled interventions).

These notifications are transmitted via an API configured within your Dolibarr instance.
No data is used for advertising purposes.

Secure Transmission

All data exchanges between the mobile application and your Dolibarr server are encrypted using the HTTPS protocol to ensure secure communication.

Data Sharing

DoliPointeuse does not share, sell, or transfer any personal or business data to third parties, including Google or external services.

All data remains under the exclusive control of your Dolibarr instance.

Dependency on Dolibarr Module

DoliPointeuse is a companion application for Dolibarr ERP/CRM (open-source and self-hosted).
It does not provide any standalone service.

The DoliPointeuse module must be installed on your Dolibarr instance to enable communication with the mobile application.
