The DoliIntervention mobile application is fully synchronized with Dolibarr via the InterventionPlus module. It was designed to help field technician teams manage their interventions more easily and efficiently, thanks to a modern, clear, and user-friendly interface.
The application offers a complete list of interventions, which can be filtered by date or status. By selecting an intervention, the technician accesses a details page displaying all the necessary information: customer information, the date and schedule of the intervention, and a complete description of the task. If equipment is involved, its information and photos can also be viewed directly from the application.
The intervention record also includes details of the planned tasks, along with an overall progress percentage for easy tracking of the work's progress. Technicians can also access associated resources, attachments, and notes related to the intervention.
To facilitate fieldwork, the application allows users to open their phone's dialer with the customer's number pre-filled, enabling quick contact. It's also possible to open the customer's location in Google Maps for easy navigation to the service location.
When the service begins, the technician can start a timer that records the actual duration of the intervention. This timer can be paused at any time during the intervention. Once the work is complete, the technician can mark the intervention as finished and request the customer's signature directly in the application to confirm the service has been completed.
The application also supports real-time notifications, with the ability to filter read and unread notifications and mark all notifications as read with a single click.
Finally, DoliIntervention is multilingual and multi-company compatible. Users can modify these settings directly from their profile. Thanks to a secure connection system with single authentication, the user remains connected and does not need to reconnect each time they use the application.
