Ardoza collects nothing. There is no account to create, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind. Your boards are files on your own device.
Everything Ardoza saves — your boards and their pages, imported images, your tool settings, your chosen language and theme, and a display name if you enter one — is written only to your device's private application storage. It is removed when you uninstall the app. We, as the publisher, never receive any of it.
If you sign up with an e-mail address, that address and a salted cryptographic hash of your password are also stored on your device only. Your password itself is never stored, and neither the address nor the hash is transmitted anywhere.
Ardoza works fully offline and, in this version, does not connect to any collaboration server: no board content leaves your device.
If a future version is configured to use a collaboration server, only the drawing operations of the board you have explicitly opened, together with the display name and cursor position you choose to share, would be transmitted, over an encrypted connection (TLS), to the participants of that session. Boards are reachable only by someone holding the session code or invitation link. No board content would be stored on our side.
None. Ardoza contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK and no advertising identifier.
Ardoza asks for access to your photo library only at the moment you choose to place an image on a board, and only for the image you select. It does not browse your library, and the image is copied into the app's own storage.
Ardoza is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at children under 13. It is designed for teachers, tutors, students and professionals. Because it lets participants of a session see what each other draws, we recommend that use by minors be supervised by an adult.
You can delete any board from inside the app at any time, and remove everything by uninstalling it or clearing the app's data in your device settings. Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to export or erase on our side.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated. Material changes will also be described in the app's release notes.
