Short version

Everything you type into Vitaeo stays on your phone. There is no account, no server and no upload. We never see your resume.

The information you enter

To build a resume you enter personal information: your name, professional title, contact details, work history, education, skills, and optionally a photo. All of it is written to your device's own storage and nowhere else. Vitaeo has no login, no cloud sync and no way to send that information to us — the app works with the plane mode on.

The photo you choose is read from your gallery, resized, and stored inside the app's own data. It is never transmitted.

The PDF you export

When you export or print a resume, the file is created on your device and handed to the app you choose (email, messaging, cloud storage, printer). From that point the file is governed by the privacy policy of that app or service, not by ours.

The backup file you can create with Save to a file contains all your resumes in readable form. Keep it somewhere you trust — it holds the same personal data as your resume.

Advertising

The app displays advertising provided by Google AdMob, on the home screen and in the settings screen only. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and usage data in order to serve and measure ads. This processing is carried out by Google, not by DoliMarketPlace. For details, see Google Advertising and the Google Privacy Policy.

The content of your resume is never used for advertising, and is never sent to the advertising provider. The advertising component has no access to it.

Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are shown a consent screen before personalised advertising is enabled, and can change that choice at any time from the app's settings screen.

Children

Vitaeo is a job-seeking tool and is not intended for children under 13.

Your rights

Because we hold nothing, there is nothing for us to hand over or erase. You remain in control: delete any resume from the app, or uninstall the app to remove all of its data from your device. Clearing the app's data in your phone settings has the same effect.
